YG Revealed That Kang Seung Yoon Will Debut on July 15

After being a trainee for three years, finally Kang seung Yoon, the contestant of Mnet SuperstarK will debut on July 15


YG Entertainment’s CEO, Yang Hyun Suk, wrote on YG’s official blog, “Kang Seung Yoon has endured around three years of hard training at YG. Kang Seung Yoon’s first solo album, which is a mini album with six songs, is almost complete, and he will pre-release [ahead of the album] the track called ‘Wild and Young’ on July 15.”

Yang Hyun Suk gave further details about Kang Seung Yoon’s upcoming track, writing, “‘Wild and Young’ is the work of YG’s main producer, Teddy, but different from previous songs he has released, this song is of a strong rock genre and we think this song fits very well with the hot summer as it mixes well Kang Seung Yoon’s husky yet refreshing voice.”

On Kang Seung Yoon’s current whereabouts, Yang Hyun Suk revealed, “Today, like yesterday, Kang Seung Yoon is filming the ‘Wild and Young’ music video with the director who directed Big Bang‘s ‘Blue‘ and 2NE1‘s ‘Lonely.’”

Unfortunately, there are currently no plans for Kang Seung Yoon to perform “Wild and Young” on television. Yang Hyun Suk also announced that the exact date for the release of the full mini album has not been decided yet, but he will “decide the exact album release date following the new announcement that will be made tomorrow.”

YG Entertainment will continue to give updates on its artists tomorrow. There will be news about when YG’s new boy group will debut.
